We request your permission to take photographs and videos of your child during school activities. These images may be used for educational purposes, including but not limited to classroom projects, school newsletters, and the school website.

I, hereby grant permission for my child to be photographed and/or videotaped during the Miracle Crafts Lab activities. I understand that these images may be used for the purposes described above.

We request your permission to use photographs and videos of your child on our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram. These images will be used to showcase Miracle Crafts Lab events, achievements, and activities.
